System Requirements
- Intel Pentium 4 - 2.33 Ghz (or equivalent)
- 512 MB of memory
- Windows 7, Vista, XP
- Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox 2+, Google Chrome 9+
- Flash Player 9+ (Flash Player 11 is recommended)
- Seminars: 40 kbps minimum download recommended
- Sales: 400 kbps minimum download recommended
Apple Devices
- Go to the Apple App Store and search for the Photon Browser
- The app costs a couple dollars, but is currently the only option for viewing auctions on an Apple device
- Once installed, just open the Photon Browser and browse to DVAuction.com to view our auctions
- DVAuction recommends that you DO NOT PLACE LIVE BIDS using a mobile device
Android Devices
- If you are using Android 4.0 or earlier, DVAuction will work fine on your device
- Beginning with Android 4.1 or later, Google no longer supports Flash so you'll need to install Flash and a supported browser to view auctions
- To watch auctions on an Android 4.1+ device download the following file to your device:
- Flash Player for Android
- Once downloaded, find and install the Flash Player APK file on your device
- Once Flash Player is installed, open the Google Play Store and install the 'Firefox Browser for Android', which is free
- The Firefox browser supports Flash, so go to DVAuction.com and watch sales just like you would from your desktop or laptop computer
- DVAuction recommends that you DO NOT PLACE LIVE BIDS using a mobile device
